YOU did it! Our StartEngine campaign is officially “oversubscribed,” meaning we have reached the investment cap allowed by current Reg. CF rules.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our campaign is technically still live, and will remain so until our officially scheduled end date of August 31, 2021. YOU CAN CONTINUE TO SUBMIT INVESTMENTS UNTIL THAT DATE. In fact, we strongly encourage you to do so. In the event that any prior investments do not clear or are nullified (which can happen for a variety of reasons), investors who are on the waitlist will have their contributions pushed through and you will receive your LaneAxis shares.
