Q: What is AXIS Token?

A: AXIS token is a utility token, powering the LaneAxis network. The network targets the removal of $200 billion in managed freight brokerage fees in the U.S. (more than $2 trillion globally), as well as eliminating nearly 30 billion empty truck miles per year in America alone. The global supply chain is crippled by inefficiencies and old school logistics processes that the AXIS Token and blockchain platform is tackling head-on. AXIS Tokens represent the network’s digital assets, which will be utilized for — among other things — building network connections, accessing network data, managing and monitoring real time shipments and milestones, establishing data-backed driver and carrier performance scores and risk assessment scores, and generating critical KPIs such as average loading and unloading times at shipping docks. Suppliers and insurance companies are also incentivized to participate in the network by utilizing AXIS Tokens to gain critical business insights. Q: What makes AXIS unique?

Q: Could you please give us a list of the most important features of LaneAxis that will put it first against all its competitors and make the users choose it over all the other options?

A: AXIS token is a utility token that has no competitors. It gives access to shippers and carriers to services provided by the platform. The utility of the token is the following:

Q:The focus of LaneAxis is to leverage blockchain technology and smart ideas to encourage Shippers and Carriers to deal directly with each other and push brokers to the curb.

So, what will be the differences between traditional transportation solutions and LaneAxis’ solutions?

A: That’s a great question. Traditional transportation solutions rely on a network of intermediaries. To make a shipment shippers have to go to brokers that make the necessary arrangements on their behalf, taking very considerable fees along the way. At the other end of this market, carriers are often find themselves in a situation whereby they are competing for an order that is already taken by someone else. All these inefficiencies eat their profits, and ultimately making freight and consequently all goods delivered more expensive. Shippers in most cases don’t have direct contractual relationships with the carriers, which again increases the overhead. LaneAxis is disintermediated. There are no brokers, and this makes the freight more cost efficient, saving up to 50% of the fees. And a lot of these efficiency improvements are powered by Blockchain in AXIS token.

Q: What functionality is AXIS Token designed to serve in the LaneAxis ecosystem? How do you plan to ensure that your token is adopted by more investors as a longer term investment?

A: The token is used within the system for many things:

This makes the token an interesting asset to own.

Q: Token burning is beneficial to any project because it can control the number of tokens in circulation and provide investors with greater incentives. Does your great project have a plan for token burning?

A: We are considering burning as part of the tokenomics. This is not set in stone, but we think it would be a good idea to burn tokens once the tokens locked up in staking pools will be unlocked, therefore avoiding sudden price drops.

Q:What are the key milestones on your roadmap — both things you have already achieved and things that we can look forward to? Any partnerships and short/long term technical milestones that you want to talk about or bring some attention to?

A: AXIS token was launched in 2018, so this was the first milestone. The first LP on Uniswap was set up just a few weeks ago. AXIS will be listed on ProBit on June 30st. The swapping pools for internal use within the system will be implemented shortly after. The full development plan is set to continue for years to come, adding new services that can be consumed by shippers, carriers and third parties within the system, with major releases 3–4 times a year. Q: How can we trust you and when are you planning to list on a CEX?

A: This is a real economy project with actual drivers, shippers and carriers using the token, swapping them on UNISWAP. The first CEX listing will happen on June 30th, on ProBit.

Q: How do you plan to increase new investors in your projects and users who are from non crypto?

A: The truth is that most of the investors in the project are non-crypto people. They believe in the core idea of the project, making the freight more efficient, and marketing to them is like pushing an open door. Along the way, they learn how blockchain can work in a real economy and what are the real benefits of that. On the other side — blockchain people through AXIS token can participate in a real economy project that uses blockchain and tokenization features, which I believe is great.

Q: What are the additional benefits of holding your tokens over those that don’t hold your tokens and are there also any benefits for long term holders?

A: By holding AXIS you will be holding a token that is used by real people in a real economy, in the industry that touches everyday lives of pretty much everyone.

Q: Developing a project, of course, requires a very large amount of funds. Is your team financially able to carry out this project? And do you have sufficient funds for its development? Can you tell us how your project is profitable? And also for us investors?

A: Currently the project is focusing on North America. It is the largest freight market at over $1 trillion. In the future LaneAxis will become global.
